Patient safety is our top priority. A double face mask is REQUIRED and must cover both the mouth and nose. A face shield may not be used as a substitute. Even if you have already had COVID and/or been vaccinated, you must comply with all COVID safeguards to respect the safety of other patients and all office personnel. A limited number of patients are permitted in the waiting room at the same time to maintain proper social distancing. For this reason, we require that you arrive on time for your appointment.
